There are several ways that job vacancies can end up being advertised on UK Recruitment, the most common of which is for an employer or recruitment agency to post the job directly to our site. Jobs may also be posted to UK Recruitment via one of the multiposter websites such as Broadbean or Idibu, which allows you as a recruiter to save time by posting to many job boards at once.
Another reason a job may be posted to our site is via a job board network partner. When a job is posted, most job boards will also distribute that vacancy to partner sites in order to attract more candidates, so when a job is posted to UK Recruitment we will distribute it to our partner sites and vice versa, they will post jobs to us. If you are wondering why your vacancies is appearing on UK Recruitment then this is almost certainly the reason why.
Please note we never "scrape" a job board or copy jobs without permission and all candidate applications are processed securely by the original job board. This ensures applications always reach the end employer / recruiter, regardless of which job board a candidate first viewed the advert on.
If you have any further questions regarding any of the above please contact us directly on firstname.lastname@example.org.
