Some users have been reporting that either the login / registration page or the reset password email is blank. If this is the case for you then it is probable that your web browser security settings are blocking certain features of the site.


To fix this issue on Internet Explorer go to the settings menu (the cog in top right) and click Internet Options. On the box that pops up click the Security tab at the top and then change the Security level from High to Medium-High. Close the box and refresh the page (press F5 or click the circular arrow by the web address bar). The login or registration page will now be displayed in full.
